Hi guys! I have something to ask about keychains...

I'm planning to make Hetalia Keychains (not just any old Hetalia keychainss hurhur, more lovey dovey ones that you can pair up withh 8D), and I need your opinions ;w;

All in all, there are 24 characters... Which is a bit too many? xD;

Here are the 3 questions, I'll appreciate it if you guys can give me some feedbacks!
1. What characters are most and least popular in this list of 24? What characters can I take off this list?
2. If I were to make keychains (of all of them), how many should I make of each character?
3. How much should I sell each for? (the material will be laminated hard paper with a ballchain)
4. AND OH, IF I DRAW GILBO/ARTHUR/KIKU, should I draw them in PrussianFormalUniform/Pirate/Kimono?? What is your preferences? D:
